"We want to buy a house, but we can't afford anything in this market" I heard the woman seated next to me proclaim with an exasperated sigh of self-doubt and hopelessness.  My mind immediately began to swirl with options and anticipation as I reached into my pocket and grabbed my business card.  I knew - without a doubt - I could offer her hopeful strategies and solutions to qwell her doubts and befriend her fears.  I smiled gently as I handed her my card and encouraged her to make an appointment with me before she disappeared into the crowd in the hustle and bustle.  When my phone buzzed shortly thereafter, I was warmed to know I would have her on the path to homeownership before the day was done.  Welcoming her into her first home a few short months later was another joyful confirmation of why I made the commitment to myself and my community to create winning strategies for my clients.  I meet them as strangers and welcome them as Delaware neighbors!
